Chrisholm grew up on Cerendipity, as a child he loved seeing Watchers helping people, and wanted to be one. Even before he joined the Watchers he was well known as a helpful and positive young child.
His younger brother looked up to him, but was academic to Chrisholm's outgoing physicality, his younger brother strived to be a lawyer or investigator.
Chrisholm was welcomed into the Watcher program at a young age, and out-performed his peers - though not by much, he did so with a lower reliance on his magic.
Because of this, Chrisholm drew the attention of a number of interested parties.
As a Junior Watcher, Chrisholm formed a friendship with Laguila whom, also young, shared his passion for justice and his brother's academic focus.
Together, they started to uncover some odd inconsistiencies, where evidence didn't line up with witness testimony, almost as if reality itself had changed. Laguila uncovered some research into a special mark that could be placed on a willing person's body that would assist them in "uncovering the truth", and so Chrisholm gained a Forget me Knot.
After this point, Chrisholm immune to having his mind and memories altered, nor could he forget anything that happened. With this new insight, he was able to track down and find first a drug den, then a child abduction and smuggling ring that had been taking children and causing those around them to forget they existed.
Noticing Chrisholm's investigation, the crime ring abducted his younger brother to use as leverage. Wanting to prove himself, and not endanger anyone else, Chrisholm attempted to break in and rescue his brother alone.
He failed.
Despite having the element of surprise, Chrisholm offered the gang a chance to surrender and turn themselves in. In that moment, they killed Chrisholm's younger brother. This shocked Chrisholm into stunned disbeleif, in which time the gang subdued and captured him.
Over the next few weeks, Chrisholm was tortured for information - Who had given them his trail, where were the others, where did he get that rune on his neck.
Luckily, because Chrisholm had been acting suspicious, other Watchers had been keeping an eye on him. His Forget Me Knot prevented the gang's magic from causing other to forget about him. So he was tracked down and a raid was performed on the gang hideout.
Chrisholm was rescued and awarded a special service award, enstated as a special Watcher for his efforts. But, Because of his Forget Me Knot, Chrisholm is unable to forget the death of his brother, or his torture, experiencing the pain as if it were but moments ago.
This greatly affected Chrisholm's mind. Many see him as dangerous and insane. Words from his interrogation haunt him. "Where are the others?" this indicates to him that there is more going on, that this smuggling ring was just the start, he is yet to track down for who they were stealing children.
He has learnt a critical lesson.

Chrisholm is a Metal Summoner, allowing him to create metal that he can control.
When he was young, he used to create all sorts of Metal equipment, but on the fly he has to keep shapes simple.
He practiced creating chains and anchors and focused on developing a combat style based on using the weight of his metals to give himself speed by swining on chains or launching himself.
As a Watchter, Chrisholm learnt a unique combat style based on Staking his opponents. Because cutting the palms of an opponent can disable magic, he would often create chains with bladed links that he could swing lazily, then when they were caught by his opponents, he would tug the chain to cut their hands.
Chrisholm is not magically powerful or talented, but he is highly dedicated to physical traning and technique.
Chrisholm was the first character that I did an entirely original design for.
Chrisholm was originally designed as a justificaion to give Farron trauma against the Watchers.
Chrisholm has a particular fan, whom I am thankful for.
